The time required for each vehicle varies, but we recommend allocating at least four hours for your detailing process to be completed. Depending on the condition of the vehicle, the time may surpass four hours.
Yes. Our business is weather dependent. We are unable to clean the vehicles outdoors if it’s raining. This can damage our equipment, and causes humidity/moisture to collect on the inside of the vehicle. Because of this, sometimes last minute rescheduling can occur.
*Please note: High temperatures/humidity during the summer months can also be cause for rescheduling.
No. We ask that the vehicles be emptied (to the best of your ability) of garbage and personal belongings before your scheduled appointment. This includes the center console and glove box.
No. Your appointment time is a time frame for us to arrive. Once on-site, please allow 4 hours for the detailing to be completed.
Yes. If we cannot access a hose, then we won’t be able to clean the exterior or the rubber mats.
Yes, an outlet is required for us to plug in some of our equipment.
